Rtprop is a site that details comprehensive information about habitable areas of England and Wales. It contains house price sales, land parcels from Land Registry, local amenties, environmental conditions, public services and much more. Information is gleaned from fragmented sources such as OGL datasets and the open web then integrated using location proximity.

You can search for addresses using the search tab or browse by county and local area using the local tab. You can also zoom into the map to see land parcels and select them to view information it and the surrounding area.

The site is frequently updated with new house price sales and currently contains over 30 million sales since 1995.
